There's not much to report and one wall of tile looks pretty much like another. For example...
The one issue that I've run into with pre-cutting tiles is that, as I learned when we did the kitchen, so line of any kind in this house is straight, so as one moves up the west wall, one discovers that the wall is getting wider. Unfortunately, I'd pre-cut a ton of those tiles, and you can't re-cut to make something longer, only shorter. That means that there's an awkward gap in the northwest corner -- now there needs to be a gap, because if you make tile meet tile, or tile-meet-grout-meet-tile, it will break the tile because of contraction and expansion from temperature, so at the base and in the corners, you need caulk, not tile or grout. Even so, I'm not sure how neat this is going to look once all is said and done.
A better view of a raggedy corner that will eventually be caulked
That's all -- it's time to wash all the powder out of my hair and have some lunch. Until tomorrow!
